Willow Smith is back with some new music called “Sugar & Spice”, sampling Radiohead’s “Codex” of off their latest album The King Of Limbs. The 12-year old tackles some heavy subjects for her young, rich self. The song is a sad sounding, dark track, where Willow talks being criticized from the media, and living up to societies standards of “little girls”. Listen below:
The song sounds nice, and very different from Whip My Hair. It’s great to see her being so open. She definitely has a lot to say about how the spotlight has affected her. Talented girl, just like her parents.
